For Sale

We finally finished the tile in our master bath...just in time to sell our home. This isn't a good picture, but it is hard to capture without being here. I took two days off of work and spent every spare second this past two weeks getting ready to put our home on the market. It officially was listed on the MLS this past Friday and now at 11:02 on Sunday night we finished organizing the garage. We are finally done with all the large things. We still have tons of little things like touch up paint to get good lines, steam clean the carpets, etc, but at least we are all done with the tile, painting, hanging pictures back up, etc so that we can show the house and not have any big eye sores.

Now after all that work and effort making it look so good, the question is do you want to live in it and enjoy it a little or do you just want to be done with it all and get the heck out!

Good luck selling!

We still love this house a ton and will be sad to leave. We've totally turned it around from an ok house to a great house that is very much our style.

Luckily though, the benefits to the new one like size, design, etc make it very exciting to go there as well.

It looks incredible!! Nice job, i'm so impressed. I don't think we'd have enough courage to do a project like that.

we'll be sending good "selling" thoughts your way now!!

Moving is so much fun? We are renting right now while our house is being built and it is fun to watch. Where are going?

Does the house come with the safety locks on the cabinets? I won't bid unless those are included.

Sam, we are staying in the same neighborhood and ward, just moving up to a larger house off the busy road we are now on.

Ronnie, you scared me there. I wondered if we had left those on for the pictures we placed on the flier and website to sell the home. After checking I noticed that Marisa thankfully remembered to take them off as she staged the house for the pictures. With our kids we have had those things for so long I don't even notice them anymore!
