Butterflies and Bunnies

The following is a post started in 2009 and forgotten about until I found it today.


The other day Trey said out of nowhere:

"You know, it's not true what they say - 'Girls don't like boys, girls like butterflies and bunnies.' Because all the girls in second grade like me."

Carson and I tried not to laugh and even though we knew the answer we said "Who says girls like butterflies and bunnies?"

"You know, that song..." He started singing Good Charlotte's Boys and Girls:

He had a good laugh at himself when we told him it really says "Girls like cars and money!"
