Christmas Party

Here is my creation sitting on my desk at work. Unfortunately spouses are not invited to the Christmas party where I currently work so no pictures of my better half. We did glass blowing and it was a fun activity.

We will post the Christmas pictures of our family soon as well. Things have been crazy trying to get our house ready to list on the market in January.

for some reason i misread that the first time as glass "BOWLING". now wouldn't THAT be something?! nice job.

and what's up w/no spouses? even MS invites spouses for the XMAS party!

Nice work Dr. Calderwood! I think glass blowing is a very unique idea for a Christmas party, I like it, not your typical drinks and dinner party. But no spouses, thats no good. I am sure when you get your own practice that will change! Good luck getting your house ready, let us know if you need some help!

Yes, things will definitely be different with my practice.

he he, madison just walked in while I was looking at the pictures and she said "That's a funny trumpet that Carson is playing, it looks like it has candy on the end" After I told her what you were doing and showed her the picture of the finished product she said "Ooooo that's pretty!"

I saw a glass blowing presentation thing when I was a kid and was amazed. Your piece turned out really nice. It is as hard to do as it looks?

they walk you through the entire process so it is hard to mess it up. It would be a fun hobby to have though.

That sounds like an awesome thing to learn to do. Spouses weren't invited to our Christmas party either. Your creation looked way cool!
