Country boy
When Marisa met me she had no idea that I was going to turn her country and that she was going to marry a guy that wore cowboy boots to school in high school. I only pull them out every once in a while and luckily for us, our good friends the Chapmans invited us to go with them to the Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley concert!
We had great seats and had a really fun time. I am not a big concert person, but this was fun. Both guys are a little more rock and roll than I expected them to be.

Pictures in my brain
The other day I was driving the kids around and the remake of "You Spin Me Right Round" by Flo Rida came on. Trey had been talking about his favorite song (which I didn't understand which one it was because I had never heard the lyrics he was reciting...) when this song started. After listening for a few seconds he said, "Dad, this song puts pictures in my brain." Me - "oh, yeah. What kind?" Trey, "Pictures of a guy with brown skin and a gold chain!" I thought it was pretty funny. Think what you want, but I had to google it to find out who sang the song and what they looked like...whas it the rhythm? Whatever it was, he was right on.

Lost images from Utah
I recently switched computers that I use to upload pictures from our camera. In so doing, I forgot to add the RAW viewer and missed the most important pictures from our trip to Utah in my rush to get them posted before the week started because I knew it would be crazy. Anyway, here they are...
These next two are Caeden acting like he is asleep. When we were walking back to the car he saw the bench and thought it was hilarious to act like he was sleeping on them. He must have seen some students doing it earlier when we were walking around other parts of campus.
Because of the shirt Bex was wearing he wanted to show us how good of a Rock Star he is.
Caeden couldn't help doing a little air guitar as well!
