Summer water fun.

The last two weeks have been the heavenly Seattle summer that we have been waiting for...78 degrees every day. The boys are loving it, here they are blowing dandelions on the hill behind our fence.

On Friday after meeting with the office designer for the last time we went to Phantom Lake and swam around. The boys were excited in the car to try out their new swimming skills, but afraid when we got on the dock. After a bit of encouragement they were all jumping in and having a fun time.

We also tried to soak up some valuable sun to end the pasty white!

The great news about that meeting with the designer/architect was that it was our last one! One more hurdle that we have put behind us. Next week is summer camp that Carson has been in charge of. After that we can go from crazy psycho people back to just crazy.

On Saturday we went to one of the state parks by our house, this one was Kanaskat-Palmer. The boys couldn't resist the water so we let Caeden go in, in his diaper! He was happy to walk back with the air flowing all around him until he got on a new one at the car.

OK, the bare bottom picture is a total framer. I could stare at that last picture for a while too. The way the sunlight plays on the water... gorgeous. I'm loving the REAL summer.

Is the dock at Phantom Lake a public dock or is it at someone's house? Looks like you had the place to yourself.

Great moon shot!

Looks like fun times at the lake. Now you need to get a boat and start waterskiing! By the way, it's going to take alot more than a few minutes in the sun for you to remove the "pasty white" from your skin.

Knowing you guys, you will just add another hurdle now that you have one checked off. I don't think it is in your nature to just be crazy people, you need the psycho in your life! But it looks like you are still packing the fun in around all the busy.

"end the pasty white"???

As a fellow member of the United Organization of Pasty Whiters of America I'm hear to say that it can't be done.

Time to accept and move on.

Phantom Lake is at the end of my parents' road in Bellevue and they share a dock there with a couple of neighbors, so we pretty much do have it all to ourselves whenever we want it! It's awesome and I spent a LOT of time there growing up.

I was thinking the same thing as Niki...going to report your kiddos for violating the slopes up there in your HOA! :) Cute pics though. Isn't it so fun up here in the summer! :)

It's nice to see you all having fun and not fighting the hot weather in your house. Was glad to hear the air-conditioner is finally working. I wish we could have some of those coolers days. We were in the high 90's today and should be there most of the week. Thank heavens for central air in the house,at work and air conditioned car. Keep the pictures coming.

Looks like so much fun! It's nice that we are getting some summer days finally, although it was freezing today. I was shivering in safeway and noticed it was 59 degrees in the middle of July!
Looks like you are wrapping up the details for your new office as well. Looks like we are both on track for a "new office" ! Can't wait for you guys to have your own practice and with your new house, you guys should be getting some peace here sometime soon....although, with three boys you will never have peace. Boy, we have a lot in common now that I think about it. All you need to do now is have that girl and your set! Good luck with the rest of the build. Ours has had its ups and downs and I know Craig will be glad when its over and he can just focus on dentistry instead of the build out and all that goes with it!
